Mia's swimming class

Mia is loving her swimming classes. ( she is just starting her 2nd session of the Summer). This past Friday, she and I went swimming at the YMCA, and she had to show me all she had learned. She loves the challenge of swimming without any assistance. I was nervous, but gave in, and let her do her stuff. I was taken back, when I saw her attempting the free style stroke. With the help of her teacher, I'm sure she will learn that quickly. ( I told her the best part about that stroke, is she gets to blow bubbles all the time. She ate that up)
She can swim down under water, which is around 5ft deep and retrieve diving sticks. She loves to impress her Baba. We swam over 2 hours, and I finially had to tell her, we had to go. Anyways, we had a ball. Its so much fun to see how much our child has grown in just the last few months. She is learning to accept new challenges, and that success isn't ways going to be easy.
