Mark & I watched her through the one-way window for probably 10 minutes and decided she seemed to be doing well. We were suppose to pick her up at 11:00 but I couldn't stand the wait so we got there a 1/2 hour early and watched through the window again. The teacher opened the door and like Mia I was the first one to go in. I cannot describe the pride & joy and all the emotions I felt when I walked in the room and I saw her face light up. I am getting teary-eyed as I type this. I am so proud of her and as much as it rips my heart letting her go I know that she is growing up and needs to find her own wings.

Thanks for your beautiful comments and support.
Your daughter is so beautiful, what a great smile! I love the pictures from the referral to present day pics. It shows how these children just blossom when love finds them.
Let's all hope that things speed up so you can get your Mei Mei for Mia and our first from China.
