Rumor: Referrals up to April 12th, 2006

Its still February, and already the March referrals have been sent out in the mail. Rumor has it, CCAA referred all applications with a LID of April 12th, 2006 or sooner. If that is the case, this is the biggest jump in referrals from China in over a year. They typcially would move 2 days or even up to 4 days, but for them to move 7 days is a major event in the China adoption world. Our LID is April 19th, 2009, so we are still a week away, but I doubt they will refer another 7 days in one month. I am still estimating we will get our referral in June.
