Hi Everyone! I thought we should finally post some pics of Mia at Halloween. She was Ariel, the Little Mermaid. She wore the red wig for all of about 5 minutes and then it began to bother her so off it came. The weather was perfect for trick-or-treating and Mia had fun and brought home a lot of candy. If she ate a piece or two everyday she would still have candy well into 2009!

Mia had her first Halloween party at school and she was so excited that I was able to come to it. I am truly blessed to be able to stay-at-home and do all the things I do with her. In this economy I count my lucky stars everyday.

What's new with Mia??? She is sick with a cold again, tis the season. She no longer wants to be a cowgirl when she grows up, she wants to be a princess. Her favorite princess is now Mulan since she is also Chinese. We went to the mall yesterday and happened to wonder into the Disney store and everything was on sale so we bought her Mulan and this morning I asked Mia how she wanted me to do her hair and she said she wanted it just like Mulan's. Mia has two boyfriends in school (yikes!). She loves the color purple (just like Mama). Lastly, she is still the light of our lives!

China update: China only referred two days this month. When we got our referral for Mia they were referring one to two months at a time. How things have changed! So we still wait and pray for our day to come to add on to our family.
