Our April 2006 adoption application is out of the "review room" at the CCAA (China Center of Adoption Affairs). Its just another hurdle in this marathon wait for our second child. The next time we have any direct information from CCAA, should be with regards to our referral. At the current rate of monthly referrals, I would guess that wouldn't happen any earlier than September 2008.
