Hello everyone,Spring has finally arrived here in Grand Rapids. Last weekend it was very warm, and we spent most of the time outside playing. Mia loves it outside so much, we sometimes have a hard time getting her to come in (but then again, that’s with every kid I'm sure). Last Saturday morning, we took a nice walk to the school, where Mia will start attending come September. We played on the playground for a while, and then walked over to the front of the school. We talked about the school and the things she would be doing. Mia was so excited to go see it.
What was so funny to Ann and I, we really realized how much she has grown up over the last year. She's just so grown up in that 33" tall body of hers. (Ha-ha) It was sad to really think about.Sunday we did much of the same thing. Playing outside and cleaning the yard. We even had a picnic in the backyard. She really enjoys picnics.
The only thing that we really missed last weekend was Liberty. Mia talked about him on our walk, and how he was with baby Jesus.
May times I've mentioned a very worth while cause called, Love without Boundries. Below is a link to their blog, which tells of their medical mission trips and other stories about what type of help they provide to the children of China. The stories and children are very touching, so you best have a box of Kleenex.
